Sales Lead
About the Role
Join us in building the next generation AI systems that create a dynamic and more personal web experience for everyone. We’re looking for a strategic sales leader to drive the adoption of pagent.ai across businesses and organizations.
As our Sales Lead, you’ll craft our AI-driven sales approach from the ground up, leveraging both traditional sales expertise and cutting-edge AI tools to identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects. You’ll work directly with our founding team to deeply understand our technology and translate its complex value into compelling propositions for decision-makers.
This is a unique opportunity to pioneer sales strategies for an emerging AI technology, building our enterprise client base while helping shape our product roadmap based on market feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Driven Sales Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sales frameworks that leverage AI technology to identify, qualify, and convert prospects
- Enterprise Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
- Sales Process Design: Create scalable, repeatable sales processes that can grow with our company
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze competitor and market data to refine our positioning and sales approach
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and secure strategic partnership opportunities with complementary technology providers
- Product Feedback Loop: Collect and organize customer feedback to help improve our product offering
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals
- Experience selling technical products, preferably in AI, machine learning, or web technologies
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex technologies and communicate their value clearly
- Strong negotiation skills and comfort with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Data-driven approach to sales with experience using CRM systems and sales analytics
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience building sales processes from scratch in a startup environment
- Knowledge of AI industry trends and applications is a significant plus
